My latest experience was wonderful, when I received the recall notice in the mail I must say I was reluctant to schedule an appointment due to my previous experience in the last location, but being that the this dealership was the nearest to my home I decided to give it another try; from the start I felt comfortable, the service manager took my call and he was so personable I was reassured, once I arrived the process started and it didn't take lone at all, so I say thank you so very much for making me feel like I can trust you again, you have really stepped up on your game, and I just love the new Soul commercial, I usually rewind and watch again.

My, or our, experience with Stokes Kia of Goose Creek SC was totally awesome. This is my fourth purchase with them and every sale was professional and well handled. James (Chuck) Meyer is always in-tune with my needs and desires. He's by far the most professional salesman I'll ever dealt with. A pleasure to converse with and knows my limits and demands. His sense of humor and candid answers to my question makes my experience more than just a sales transaction, but rather a personnel one-on-one experience. His follow-up actions are superb and he'll keep me abreast of my future needs. I plan on purchasing another new vechile next year when the 2015 Cadenza's come out. Chuck and Stokes Kia will definitely will be my dealership. They are a dealership that should be highly rewarded for their professionalism and service. I recently, just last week, had my 2013 Sorento in for some paint defects. The service department and Eric (EG) Dambaugh took care of all my needs and I was totally satisfied with the service. Jason that helped with the F&I was more than helpful and remembered me from my last purchase. Best car buying experience to date. My salesman was Chuck Meyer. I found him to be very knowledgeable, friendly & upfront. I feel he took the time to really understand what I was looking for and then helped me weigh the options in a very sensible manner. Even more important to me is that Chuck really respected my stated budget and I never felt pressured or like I was getting the "hard sell". I ended up leaving with a great new vehicle that met both my needs and wants without exceeding my budget! Every staff member I interacted with was friendly and professional. I highly recommend Stokes Kia. As for Chuck, I give him an 11 out of 10 and recommend him without hesitation or reservation!
