On Monday Aug 12, 2024 I negotiated a deal with Atlanta Autos that included them paying for half the shipping round trip charges to get my trade in to thier dealership and the McLaren I was purchasing from them back home. Brinson "Marcus" Craft told me several times the McLaren I was purchasing was in excellent condition and on their "showroom" as one of the nicest cars they were selling. I had my bank overnight a check to them and proceeded to rent a trailer and hire a driver to ship my car from Houston to Atlanta as a trade in on this new car. I agreed to purchase sight unseen based on Marcus description and the fact the dealership looked to be credible with such a large inventory of exotics. After reviewing the carfax I had learned the car was just serviced at McLaren Atlanta on June 6, 2024, so I thought I would give them a call to see if they knew anything more on the cars service history. I was informed that there was minor damage to the under carriage of the car and the previous owner denied repair. Myself and the service tech couldn't determined how bad the damage was, so I proceeded to request a look from Marcus. As you can see in the photos, a text came back from him as "negative" to damage/scratches under the front bumper. So again the transaction was moving forward on Tuesday. My driver had left and arrived on Wed the 14th to deliver my car and load the Mclaren. At this time my hired driver inspected the car under the front to determine there was significant damage, even the subframe metal was destroyed. Marcus again lied and said it wasn't that bad. Minutes later they put the car on a lift and Marcus agreed they should unwind the deal. But not before he had to insult me further by offering me $1500 off on what would be an over $20k repair by the McLaren dealer. Go to Yelp to see real reviews. Sold me a 2020 Urus with 15 codes.

Sold me a 2020 Urus with 15 codes. Unable to resolve and currently have an attorney involved. Christian Valvo is in management but hangs up on his customers. They are so scared they removed my trade in from their website!! Big lawsuit underway. Also failed to disclose the second accident!!!!!!!!!!!!

Great experience, the Range Rover Sport that I recently

Great experience, the Range Rover Sport that I recently purchased was just as described Cars.com. Roger was very professional and he answered all my questions and made the transaction easy and effortless. Great job! PLEASE READ ENTIRE REVIEW BEFORE BUYING HERE….LOOK AT PHOTOS This has been the absolute worst experience we have had purchasing anything! My fiancé found a care he absolutely loved. He decided to make the trip from Iowa to Atlanta Autos to purchase it. For more than a week prior we had all the financing and paperwork ready all he had to do was drive the car fall more in love with it sign the papers and drive away with it. With confirming even the day before he showed up and the care was not on the lot it was taken to the BMW dealer for software work. He waited over 4 hours with false updates it was almost done. Finally, the car came back there was damage to the carbon fiber roof, he test drove it to find there was something making noises while driving it. He was not stuck there so he looked around and found a different vehicle. We decided on a 2018 Land Rover Range Rover. It ran fine with test drive and finances were transferred to it from the original vehicle. During the transfer of paperwork there were several discrepancies and areas where the wrong vehicle was listed. We were asked to go ahead, and sign and it would be updated later. We asked for updates before signing. He finally left that day after 8pm. Nine days after driving the Range Rover the indicator lights came on…. long story short it needs an new engine…this is after 3 service places have looked at it and confirmed….the warranty they sold us will not cover expenses as this was an existing issue before we purchased vehicle/warranty. It has been confirmed the lights have been reset and areas of concern altered and rigged to get the car sold. SEE PHOTO ATTACHED! We have had an awful time with the staff in all departments…. Jay, General manager Lionel, Sales manager, Teresa, Title, and Drew in financing has done his best, he has been the only person at all acknowledging how we may be feeling and having empathy for us…I have attempted to contact the lot owner with no response. It was arranged for us to bring the vehicle back and exchange for another…. when we made the trip after an entire day at the lot again that offer was revoked, and we waited for an entire day before finally leaving to head home in the original vehicle as no one would respond to us after that. It is now 37 days past when we purchased this vehicle no one will respond to my calls emails, and we have a vehicle that needs an entire engine replaced and the super charge. Other buyers please send us advise if you have any….

Worst experience ever.

Worst experience ever. Purchased a vehicle, from Florida, drove home in it, and it went straight to a service center. Salesman lied in my face told me the vehicle had been serviced and inspected. My bank denied the loan because vehicle was in service, and the dealership wanted the vehicle back. We cancelled the contract. The dealership still owes me over $7900 for my down payment refund! and my $65k bank express check they haven’t returned. Promised me for a week it would be mailed to me & now The manager is avoiding me and won’t return my phone calls. Save yourself the headache and frustration. Lionel is a con artist, rude and disrespectful. Don’t BUY HERE

Don’t buy here, sold me a vehicle with issues. Wouldn’t work out something to help pay for issues. My bank denied loan bc vehicle was in service. Dealership received their vehicle, sold it to another customer and haven’t returned my down payment nor my bank express check for $65k. Liars, and crooks. Manager Lionel was a complete jerk and disrespectful, he avoided my phone call after getting the vehicle back and sold it, without returning all my money. DONT BUY HERE. Save yourself the trouble. Go to a reputable dealer

As a collector who has purchased many vehicles from out

As a collector who has purchased many vehicles from out of state, I must say Atlanta Autos were by far the most thorough between pricing, communication, efficiency of closing the deal and quality of vehicle actually matching the online photos. Even with a few hiccups, this establishment honored the deal seamlessly, closed the deal and shipped my vehicle in a timely manner. Jay was excellent in keeping me updated and ensuring my experience was a smooth one. Great representation for the dealership and it's nice to know there are still dealers out there that don't just "sell cars", Atlanta Autos sells reputation!!

I can't find any fault.

I can't find any fault. The out-of-state transaction went fast and smooth. Bree explained everything I needed to know in detailed and kept me informed throughout the process. Shout out to Lionel, Dain and Mike. Lionel saw better financing that worked in my favor. Dain explained the shipping in detailed and Mike sealed the deal in the late night hour. Where this experience could have been a 3-4 star based on the shipping results, the team turned it around. Thank you all for an exceptional out-of-state experience.
