When they started out they treated everyone the same now they cater to the ones you have more money and can spend it there go anywhere else but here

I traveled about an hour to see this car. When I got there, it was obviously in need of rotors, as the ones on it were "lipped". When I got the key from the sales person and cranked up the car, it had a service engine light on the dash. Continuing from there I noticed the car had a busted windshield! About a 6" crack up in front of the rear view mirror. Their website states that "every vehicle we offer has been FULLY serviced, detailed, inspected, and ready for a new home." Well, this car hasn't even been washed! Upon further inspection I notice the rear wheels are leaning in at the top, about 2". This is not by design please understand. This is an obvious alignment issue. I decide to shut the car off as it has been idling for about 20-30 minutes, the vehicle has yet to reach operating temperature, by the way, and I notice another warning light pops up...ABC Malfunction. Thats not a cheap fix at all. I ask the sales person what they did to the car before putting it on the lot, and he replied, "I don't know exactly but every vehicle we offer has been fully serviced, detailed, and inspected." Theres more to my experience but i am running out of room. So take heed. Don't waste your time, energy, gas, etc . Its pretty much in the middle of nowhere and not worth it.

I'm not one to randomly leave a review for just acceptable or slightly above average service, but I felt the need to review my experience with Cars Plus of Lenoir. Having not purchased a car in many years, I was dreading the thought having to go onto a lot and have the usual back-and-forth with a car salesmen. To my surprise, Cars Plus was, to put it simply, ... simply great! The salesman i dealt with, Jack Taylor was extremely warm and welcoming and not the slightest pushy like many dealerships. I can honestly say this, in my 50 years, this was the best (least stressful) car buying experience of my life. Jack was straight forward, offered but didn't push any add-ons. Gave me an amazingly fair price on a beautiful 2022 nissan frontier . By "amazingly fair", i mean unbeatable! after searching for the right truck for over a year, I couldn't believe how much lower they were than any dealership that i internet searched within 500 miles of my home. If you're anywhere within a reasonable distance and looking for a like new, used vehicle, I'd check these people out. Jack was amazing and i'm sure the other salesmen are as well. it seems to be their culture. If ya don't take my word for it, , read other reviews. i'm not the only person giving a glorious review. Even got an A+ on the Better Business Bureau. They've earned that A+.

Over the years we have bought 8 vehicles feom Barry at Cars Plus Never disappointed, By far the best car buying experience around. Although we now live in coastal South Carolina, if we need another car it will be from Barry
