STAY AWAY
Didn’t pay off my note on the trade-in for weeks resulting in late fees, nearly impossible to reach anyone after the purchase, very poorly run dealership. Will never purchase from them again.

Very upset about my car.
Very upset about my car. I had some recall work done in November and one was my hood latch. Now since then my hood has flew up 3 times and the last time it broke my hood and my windshield. I've tried getting ahold of subaru and no one seems to want to get ahold of me back about my car. It's the only vehicle that we have

I’m a lifetime member of their “free” oil change and
I’m a lifetime member of their “free” oil change and general checkup plan. That plan has worked out great. I didn’t have an appointment, but arrived when they first opened. The service was very quick and complete.

Subaru of Spokane placed me on a waiting list for my
Subaru of Spokane placed me on a waiting list for my dream car without asking for a deposit. It took a while to arrive but they called me immediately for a no-pressure test drive. I purchased the car and a lengthy warranty because I plan to have this car for many years. It was a pleasant experience and I feel they were knowledgeable and presented me with options not forcing me to get things I didn't want.

Engine long block replace.
This was very expensive but that had more to do with not following the rules of my warranty. They got the new engine in and even re-checked it for free when I thought there could be a problem. It's run great ever since. If your engine has a nasty rattle sound when it starts but goes away after it's warmed up it could be a rod bearing.
