Had a great experience at custom car west. The whole process was extremely smooth and Lincoln was a fantastic help securing the vehicle I chose. Lincoln and the entire staff helped me work out some kinks along the way and am very pleased with the entire experience.

Today my salesman was Victor and he did an amazing job with helping us and making sure we understood everything. Making the purchase of the car was an excellent experience.

We received help from Shawn to assist with selling our vehicle. He was an excellent communicator and responded in a timely manner, and was respectful of our time. He offered assistance that wasn’t expected and followed through immediately.,

Custom Cars West is fabulous! Honestly, I did not even use their services, meaning they made absolutely NO MONEY from helping me. Shawn was so helpful & nice! He took the time out of his day to help me (again...he had no obligation)! I've NEVER had any auto company help me when I was not generating money for them. I will definitely not forget & will certainly use Custom Cars West whenever I am in need! And I will most assuredly tell everyone I know how great this place is!

When I arrived at the office to work out a deal on purchasing my truck, I was quickly acknowledged by John, even though he was with another customer. Shawn then arrived and we proceed to work out my terms. I must say working between John and Shawn was enjoyable, a few back and forth offers and that was it, easy and quick. Deal done. I would highly recommend others to come to sell or even purchase a vehicle from them. It was a very good experience.

Within the first week of getting my Subaru from them and my check engine light went off telling me I need new catalytic converters and at 156k miles they sold to me at the point where EVERYTHING needed replaced. I spent 7k on the car and 5k on repairs…they’re clowns on that site
