I am working in southern NM, found the car online. I called the Dealership they quickly set up financing. Overnighted the paperwork for me to sign with an overnight return envelope. This was important as my wife and son would pick up the car without me that weekend. They would only be in town that day, we live in another part of the state. About an hour after my son picked it up he noticed a screw in one tire which was worn below the legal limit, the tire was also smaller than the other 3. When i called they asked what they needed to do to make it right, buy me a new tire? I told them on all wheel drive cars you should purchase them in sets. We agreed on an amount and sent me a check for the amount the next business day. The car had a few other minor issues, my son took care of. I expected that, it has 90000 miles on it. It drove home after putting new tires on it and runs fine. I paid quite a bit less for this car than any the same make and model with comparable mileage that i could find within 500 miles of my home. I feel these guys were prompt and worked to quickly resolve all issues i spoke to them about. They mailed a check as promised. They seem like Honest folks. I’ve never met them in person or been there to the dealership. My family has and I have no problem recommending them if you are looking for a used car.
