Sold our 2011 Endeavor to Hank. After getting KBB offer online, I called Hank. He came to our house that afternoon. Drove the car, then came back and made a final offer. After 2 minutes of negotiating, we arrived at a price we were both happy with. Signed the paperwork and received the check before he left. Total process less than an hour!
