I was out of town, alone and traveling for a work trip when my car was stalling and sputtering when I tried to start it. I had a very small window of... time for this issue to be fixed as I was hours from home and had various work appointments in the region. The service team fit me in without an appointment, diligently reviewed the issue and located the needed part to fix a defective sensor. They even called my home Hyundai dealership for due diligence. They shuttled me to and from my work place for the day so I didn't need a rental car. I was very impressed by the service and sincerely grateful as I was in a precarious situation.

I live 94 miles away and they made the process so easy to get my new car. It was clean and ready to go when I got there. They gave me what I wanted out... of my trade. My car windshield was damaged during service visit. Multiple calls to service department number listed on the website (at which time I had to leave call... back messages) were never returned. When I did get live person on phone, I explained my problem and she proceeded to tell me that she would get the service manager on phone. After 10 minutes on hold, no one came to phone so I had to return to work. No call was returned. I called again on Friday and finally spoke to service manager. I tried to explain to him my difficulties in reaching anyone and he promptly told me that his "voicemail" was empty so he did not think I had ever called. After discussion about my windshield, he stated he would have to see it. I took the vehicle in the same day. He took a look at the damage and stated he did not know how that could happen in the service department. He then tried to tell me a tiny defect in a windshield could become worse in very cold weather. During the time my car was in service, the weather was very warm. I am now left with a chunk of windshield missing I will have to repair myself. Damage not present when I left care at dealership, present when I picked care up. Given the poor response to multiple calls, and their refusal to repair damage done while in their possession, I would strongly recommend that anyone needing service find another place.
Three stars with reservations. I purchased a 2012 Kia Soul. My mechanic inspected it and informed me that it is, "in like-new condition." It handles very... well, is in great shape and I haven't found anything in which to be disappointed. I got a nice price for my trade-in and reasonable financing. No hard sell and I was presented with several options, in my price range, from which to choose. Although I have no complaints about the car, I have a couple of complaints about the service experience. When I purchased the car, I was promised a second key by my salesman, Benjamin Bish. He informed me that he would provide the second key as soon as possible as he needed to look for it. I called the following week and he informed me that he had been unable to locate the key, yet, had ordered one for me. I left a message for him a few days later with no response. I went back to the dealership a few days after that, only to be informed that no key had been ordered. Julie, from the parts department, called me, later that day, to inform me that she had ordered the key (Monday) and it would arrive by the end of the week. I called, again, on Thursday and was informed that the key would arrive the next day. It is that next day and, despite having called twice and leaving a message once, I have heard nothing as of close of business. At least a phone call would have been nice.
My Husband & I wanted a larger vehicle but not a gas hog. After test driving the Santa Fe Hyundai I really really liked it. Handled so nice, very comfee,... I am short & my husband is taller so seats adjust very nice & the seat beat for short pepe works so much better. I always felt like I was being strangled with the other seat belts. love the camera for backing up, Blue tooth can not be with out it. GPS has been up to date with the road constructions. Nice! We realized with all the extra warranties that a new car came with it was such a wonderful deal and Sherry knew we had some investigating to do before we made the decision because we wanted to haul our boat. But our boat has too much weight for this SUV & I did not want to get a larger vehicle. We are looking forward now to do some traveling. As of now I am averaging 24 miles to the gal. Some times I have gotten 26. We are very happy with our new Hyundai
