My other car broke down and I had less than perfect credit. Felix and other at Tacoma location went above and beyond to get me in a vehicle to go back and forth to work. I will definitely tell anyone looking for a car to visit them.

First of I went there and they knew I was coming and they closed a hour and a half early.to top this off they were very rude and said they had no idea what I was talking about When I went back next business day for arranged apt they were half a hour late.On top of that Megan told me to come in to test drive car and sign papers that it was a done deal they then denied my pre-approved financing and were very rude the entire experience

First National, particularly John Yang were exceptionally kind, fair and accommodating. Exceptional knowledge of cars.
