I was not actually planning on buying a new vehicle but

I was not actually planning on buying a new vehicle but my vehicle had some real problems and had 165000 miles so we decided to shop. I was looking at the Pathfinder (Rockcreek Edition) I was contacted by Nino at Jackie Cooper. He introduced himself then promptly went to the vehicle I was looking at and made a very informative video showing me both the inside and out of the exact car was had reviewed and then pointed out so many features he made me feel I was at the dealership taking an in person tour of the car. After I looked at it he then called me and asked if I would like to come and test drive it. We made an appointment and he was just as great in person as he had been on the phone he took my handicapped husband and myself on a test drive and answered all our questions in a way that we could understand. He NEVER made me feel like I was stupid or a non important person. Nino made the entire car purchasing process exciting comfortable and fun. I would recommend Nino to anyone looking to buy a car

liked the people is worked with. Your detailing department did the worst job i have seen cleaning up a car. dirt around the trunk lid under the hood. i think all they did was a quick wash and half-xxx wipe of the car. that was very dissaponiting to me.
