My sales professional, Island, was great. She found exactly what I was looking for. She communicated quickly and was truthful. The finance and managers made the process miserable. The process took way too long and too much up selling.

D'Waylon was the leader of my sales team.

D'Waylon was the leader of my sales team. I told the sales manager that he had done a great job. THEN I told D’Waylon. We had to wait for my insurance money to arrive after my wreck of my ‘19 Frontier. We all did what we could Until the moment I had the money. Well done all ‘round.

Island was great am, she was responsive and helpful.

Island was great am, she was responsive and helpful. I am glad she was my sales professional. The negotiation and paperwork/financial side was miserable. I do not like being continually up sold on other products. It's ok to say we have other products that you my be interested in. When I say NO, I'm not interested, drop it and move on. It really shouldn't take 7 hours to do this.
