Feel like I just got robbed. Only because did. Service dept. was a joke. Did not explain the process well, made me feel like an idiot. One hand had no clue what the other hand was doing. I will never ever darken the doors to the place again. But I'm sure this will be deleted, because all they have on here are great reviews. There is no way they can always have a 5 star rating.

David Timmons was very professional, courteous and worked with me to getting deal that I needed to make this sale. Enjoyed the atmosphere and feeling of hometown even though I love about 20 mikes away in another town. I would refer everyone to check out Prothro Chevrolet.

I reached out to this dealer on 4 different occasions. I never once received a call back. Finally I called and was told the truck sold the prior day and websites don’t update for 24 hours. No problem, I just missed out, or did I? Last I looked, 10 days later, the truck was still listed on the dealer site and two other platforms.

The Body Shop at Prothro GMC, specifically Andrew Stone, was very courteous, polite and friendly and they did an excellent job on repairing my Terrain!
