LIAM GIBBONS is top notch! What a gentleman. Liam is patient, knowledgeable, kind, caring, and a professional salesman. Liam was not there just to sell us a vehicle and be the top salesman, he was there to search the Mercedes inventory, and find the best possible match for us. And he succeeded. Each time we thanked Liam for his many efforts, his genuinely delivered reply was MY PLEASURE. And he was sincere. This is a rarity when customer service is not like it was in the past. So bravo to Liam. And kudos to MB for finding him. Liam will be our family’s go to at MB of Delray Beach. Thank you Liam!

My C63S AMG was towed in because the engine was

My C63S AMG was towed in because the engine was shuddering. Mike Malloy and his techs did a very good job diagnosing the problem and replaced all 8 fuel injectors and fuel rail. Stacey Grell and Mike Malloy helped me deal with the third party warranty company which is trying to get out of paying for the repair. Stacey Grell went way out of her way and did a great job of keeping me informed of their progress and arranged for me have a very nice loaner car. Mike Malloy made sure the complex repair was done skillfully.

It was time to trade-in my 2012 Jeep.

It was time to trade-in my 2012 Jeep. Mercedes of Delray had a lot of different cars to choose from and we had our eye on a Lexus. After meeting Paco, and 4 hours of test driving cars and trying to find the right car for us, we settled on the Mercedes GLA 250. We got a great price for our trade-in and a great price for the car. Everyone we met at the dealership, including the business manager. We’re very nice plate and professional. Definitely trust to do business with them again which is very important to me. My experience with Paco was probably the best and easiest I’ve experienced in all my years of buying cars.

Really impressed with the Service Department.

Really impressed with the Service Department. They sent me a video of my car up on the lift and explained in detail everything they did and the status of engine, tires, fluid, etc. narrated by the man doing the service. Stacey was an AMAZING advisor as well! I will 100% request her next time!
