At first, I thought that my dream to drive a Mercedes was over. But after initial dissatisfaction about the price, financing, and a trade-in, I received a call from Joe Cardella, the sales manager, and met with him. He was very sincere in his quest to make this a happy ending for me. After being in touch with me for the past two months, I can say wholeheartedly that there are truly good people in this world and Joe Cardella is one of them. He made it so that I was able to order the car that I longed to have and was adept at rectifying some previous unfair transactions. Also, I would like to mention that a sales representative there, Joseph Taylor, has integrity and is full of empathy.

We purchased a "pre-loved" SLC 300 .. with a CPO warranty. The sales and finance team were just great,.. no. fantastic. Alas, the service dept let the dealership down. We picked up on two irratating but minor issues that should not have slipped through the CPO process. More concerning was 2 bigger issues that arose on the drive home. Thankfully, the CPO has ALL thiese issues covered, so we lok forward to a rewaring relationship with the car and dealership.
