Did not feel appreciated or valued.

Did not feel appreciated or valued. Was lead to believe our vehicle would be ready Monday morning after not leaving the dealership until 9:30 Saturday night. We were told vehicle was ready Monday around 7pm, that too late for us to drive out there and an inconvenience. My wife got there around 10 Tuesday morning and had to wait because her car still was not ready after we were told that it was. The lack of customer service was asinine and I will not recommend this dealership to anyone.
