Jesse was outside when we pulled up. He greeted us with a smile and firm handshake. Great personality. Very patient answering questions and then some. Made me feel like I was dealing with a trusted family member. A+++++salesmanship and service.

I reached out to this dealership earlier in the week to

I reached out to this dealership earlier in the week to try and negotiate the price of a truck. I was rudely told, “The price is the price,” and that no negotiation would be considered. Not a great first impression, but I let it go. They calculated my taxes as an out-of-state buyer, which was fine, and refused to remove their $1,595 “Advantage Package,” which still wasn’t clearly explained. No deal was made. By the end of the week, the truck had been reduced by a couple thousand dollars, clearly showing it was overpriced to begin with just as I and many online listings had indicated. I called again, willing to move forward, even with the unexplained “Advantage Package” still included. Once I committed to buying, I was immediately rushed to send over my license, proof of insurance, and a deposit. That is when things got strange. After taking my deposit, they began pressing me to come pick up the truck right away. I explained it would have to be the following week due to the holiday weekend, high flight prices, and needing to coordinate with someone to help drive the truck home. Despite all of this being reasonable and clearly communicated, they rudely told me they had other people interested and would just sell the truck to someone else after taking my deposit. This was incredibly frustrating, especially after I had already been trying to buy the truck the week prior. The saleswoman seemed stuck in the middle while management never once reached out to communicate directly or professionally. It left me questioning the dealership’s ethics and business practices. If you are an out of state buyer, be cautious. This should have been a simple sale, but poor communication and pushy, unprofessional behavior from management turned it into a bad experience. If you read through some of the other reviews, you will see that this kind of behavior seems to be a pattern at this dealership, especially toward out of state buyers. That speaks volumes.
