Dealership was dirty and dated.
Dealership was dirty and dated. Salesman was great though told me I wouldn’t be able to get a better rate and deal until I applied on my phone through my bank and showed the loan approval and rate. The finance department tried to give me something else until I explained they meet or exceed the rate or I would just do the loan with my bank. When I concluded with salesman and went to finance to complete paperwork I was offered and declined gap insurance and extended warranty. He later returned with a better rate and it wasn’t until I arrived home and looked again did I see he disregarded my declination and added in a bronze warranty. This will end up costing me $1200 over the cost of the loan. Whole I was given a lower interest rate the warranty was added on increasing my total cost. I should have looked over the contract better so I take ownership of my part in not catching his little trick. It was shady and underhanded and I’m still considering reporting the business and finance person.

It was such pleasurable experience working with Brenda Rosas and Jon Jensen, the experienced was quick and really easy. We were there at 7 and left around 9:45.

LIED about the truck having warranty and it didn’t I had
LIED about the truck having warranty and it didn’t I had to paid for it , truck broke down 3 days after bought got it back and still wasn’t in good condition now I have to drop it off again with no loaner vehicle available for me totally regret buying this truck will not recommend.!!!
