Another story for the books

Our experience was fantastic. My bestfriend and I pulled into this dealership to turn around and find a chrysler dealership, when we were greeted by the most entertaining and confident salesman ever. Keller is the greatest and the staff was soooo accommodating. James ran to my car in a horrible rain storm to roll up my windows just so I wouldn't get wet. And Monica stayed after closing with us just to make sure everything was perfect. I could not have asked for a better group of people to service us. Thank you all very very much!!!! I will most definitely recommend you to others. Thanks again, we are VERY satisfied customers!!!!

Beyond Awful Experience

I purchased a 2005 Honda Odyssey from Prestige March, 2013. After purchasing the van I took it to a local Honda dealership. The van needed an entirely new transmission, and when hooked up to the diagnostic machine the engine was sending error messages from all 6 cylinders. The check engine light had been on so long that it had burnt out!! When I purchased the van it was conveniently already running, once home I realized that it was running because the battery was dead. I purchased an Odyssey knowing that I would get better gas mileage with the ECO feature that Honda offers. The ECO feature does not work because the catalytic converter needs replaced( not covered under the warranty.) Also, I was told the motor on the door would be $400 to fix. I returned the van to have the motor replaced only to find out that it was $480 to fix. I paid the $480, only to get the van home for a day and not only was it the motor that was bad, but also the rollers as well, which still are not fixed. The transmission was replaced after completely dying while trying to take the van to Prestige. Ever since it was replaced the "D" indicator light flashes when the transmission is in gear. I have tried relentlessly to contact Prestige but my voice messages have not been returned. I bought the van to use on family vacations, and it is very unfortunate that it is not reliable enough to take more than a few miles from home:(

Car shopping! Great experience

The staff was very friendly and attentive. We test drove various cars until we found a good fit. The waiting process was positive because of the cozy lounge and hospitality.

Ask for Nick

While I ended up not buying a car from Prestige, I enjoyed my interactions with Nick. He is very customer oriented, responsive, and communicative. My word off caution about the dealership is if you are going there to look at a specific car, call first to see whether it is a salvage vehicle. Having said that, I highly recommend contacting and working with Nick.
