Customer Service

I was having issues with a recently purchased vehicle but the team at Prestige took care all of the problems. They did not stop until the problem was fixed and they went above and beyond to make sure they met their customer's needs. I dealt with Adam in Service Department and he personally drove out to my work to take care of my car. Great Job & Thanks for all your help Adam!

2007 BMW 328i

Very "to-the-point", just the way I like it. By doing the research on the value of my car, they can say with a strait face, they believe in high volume vs. high $$$ turnover. I also got a 4-yr warranty. This for me, was like buying a new car. The overall experience was serious and point blank. If I want to "have a good time" vs. saving a small fortune, then I'll go somewhere else where the facility is big $$$, and not the savings. I STRONGLY recommend Prestige and will surely return someday- THANK YOU!!!!

good lot

car water pump went out 10 days after owning the car lot promised to take care of it and they did highly recommend them talk to mike or john great guys

In response to the above complaint, Prestige Auto Mall bought and paid for the parts for the repair , we sent the parts to the customer. We are currently helping the customer look for a place in his area to fix the vehicle since its to far for the customer to drive. We appreciate Shawn Stewart's patience in this matter.

Got the car I wanted!!

I would really recommend this place to everybody!! All the staff was very nice and welcoming didn't make you feel pressured to be there, Gary Richardson made sure I got a awesome deal and walked away with the car I wanted!! Verry Happy customer I will defintely go back when I need a new car!!

Not worth time

Did an online application. They said I had 0 credit .. I'm 37 had loans . All paid off . He'll even had a car loan from klaben dodge in kent. Paid for prestige wanted a co - signer and cash down. Figured something was up. So I went back to klaben 0 down no co - signer needed and I'm driving away right now in a newer truck then you had 144 a month thanks again.
