2010 GMC Sierra Hybrid

Drove 600 miles to find the vehicle I was looking for. I worked with Gary Richardson, who was awesome! Not the pushy used car salesman type. We conversed like regular people and he didn't try to upsell or shove warranties down my throat. We had a small problem getting the bank transfer to go through, but everyone; from the owner, to the finance officer (Monica), to the salesperson (Gary) bent over backwards to help me out and put a huge amount of trust in a complete stranger(myself). I would recomment this dealership to anyone!

New Infiniti EX35

I found a vehicle on an online website 3 hours away from me. The price was great. I spoke with Shawn several times over the phone and he was very helpful. I drove down to Cuyahoga Falls and continued to deal with Shawn. Very happy with the sales team and all of the staff.

No drive at all

I think it would have been okay but my salesman had no drive. He wasn't interested in working for a sale. He wanted easy money. He didn't offer any alternatives. If he was interested in making a sale h we would have asked more qualified questions.

Prestige is the place to buy cars. They have a great selection of cars and no where else could come close to their prices. Adam was great to work with and did not pressure sell. The beautiful brand new facilities are clean and well kept. Great experience overall and I look forward to returning.

Great Buying Experience

I have just had one of the most incredible experiences purchasing a car from Prestige Auto Mall!! It started with my salesman Jamar Johnson; he wasn't pushy and was very informative (pulled up the car fax) so I knew the car had been serviced on a regular basis and not in any accidents. Because they were my first stop, I wanted to continue on to look at the other cars I was interested in seeing. But I liked one of the cars I test drove at Prestige, when I asked if I could take it to my mechanic to check it out...the answer was yes, which surprised and delighted me at the same time. I called Jamar to let him know I would like my mechanic to check it out. He put the temp plates on, I took it to my mechanic, he check it all out told me it was a good car. So I went into this purchased informed and knowing I was getting a good car. I was treated like a Queen; John Ranger, the sales manager was so sweet and kind wanting to make sure I was well taken care of, the Finance Department Shane & Monica gave me some good advise and got me the best financing. Then Jim, the service manager followed thru with excellent service! I highly recommend this dealership and will return when I need another car. The customer service was wonderful!!!
