If you're looking for a dealership that values honesty, respects your time, and genuinely cares about its customers, Mazda of Everett is the place to go. Before I arrived, I contacted Luke and gave him the VIN of the exact Mazda CX-90 I wanted. I told him I'd be there around noon with my wife and our three kids, and I had one request: I wanted a smooth, straightforward transaction with no games, no surprise fees, and no wasting hours at the dealership. Luke exceeded every expectation. When we arrived, the vehicle was ready, everyone knew why we were there, and the entire process was exactly as promised. There was no pressure, no sales tactics, and no unnecessary back-and-forth. He respected my time and kept his word from start to finish. What impressed me even more was how everyone treated my family. Buying a vehicle with three kids can be stressful, but the staff made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. They were kind, patient, and made the experience enjoyable instead of overwhelming. Luke is the kind of salesperson every dealership should strive to have. He was honest, professional, organized, and made one of the biggest purchases for our family feel easy. We drove away in the exact Mazda CX-90 we wanted, and more importantly, we drove away feeling respected. Thank you, Luke, and thank you to everyone at Mazda of Everett for taking such great care of my family. You've earned a customer for life, and I'll gladly recommend both you and Mazda of Everett to anyone looking for a vehicle. If you're reading reviews trying to decide where to buy your next Mazda, do yourself a favor and ask for Luke. You won't regret it.

We had a great experience at Mazda of Everett! John in finance and Marisal in sales were both amazing to work with. They were never pushy, took the time to understand exactly what we wanted, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. It was refreshing to work with people who genuinely listened and cared about making sure we were comfortable with everything. Thank you both for such a positive car-buying experience!

Joe was incredible gave me time to check out the vehicle with out pressure. He was excellent to work with and 10/10 would go back to this dealer just to work with him on a sale when I need another vehicle!

Top dealer experience as far as new car dealers go, can't ask for better! I have used Mazda of Everett for a couple years now starting with a purchase of a CPO MX-5. Great and easy sales experience, no xx just straight pricing and regulatory fees. Service has been excellent as well from the technicians to the advisors. Have done basic maintenance and more invovled warranty work. Everything has been pleasant thus far. Will definitely keep Mazda Everett in mind for future car purchases.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Mazda of Everett and feel compelled to warn other buyers. My trade-in was significantly undervalued, but I accepted the very low offer specifically because I was promised an easier, stress-free process compared to selling the vehicle myself. Unfortunately, that convenience was an illusion. After the sale, the dealership failed to remove my license plates. Because of this negligence, one of their employees later stole the vehicle and racked up hundreds of dollars in tickets and fines — all issued in my name. This caused unnecessary stress and forced me to deal with legal and financial issues that should never have existed. When Mazda of Everett acknowledged their error, their proposed resolution was to fill my gas tank and detail my car, despite the seriousness of the situation and the fact that the dealership is 90 miles from my home. What was supposed to be a simple trade-in turned into a frustrating ordeal. I would strongly advise potential buyers to proceed with caution and to personally verify that all post-sale responsibilities are handled correctly by the dealership. Accountability after the sale matters just as much as the sale itself.

Update: After posting my original review, the owner of Mazda of Everett personally contacted me. He shared that he was horrified to learn about my experience through a public post. Prior to that, I had reached out to members of his team multiple times in an effort to resolve the issue. During our conversation, he emphasized that he prides himself on being the number one volume dealer and stated that mistakes can happen and that his employees are good people. He expressed concern about the inconvenience the situation caused and discussed the time and resources the dealership had invested in correcting the issue internally. Steps were taken to provide compensation for my inconvenience, and I agreed to update this review to reflect the effort made to address it. For clarity, my vehicle buying experience itself was positive. However, the handling of my trade-in is what led to this review and ultimately left me wishing I had simply sold my car privately. I do appreciate the direct outreach and eventual resolution to the events outlined in my original review. They do still remain accurate, and that experience is what prospective buyers should consider when deciding where to do business. On November 6, 2025, we became the owners of a Mazda 3 Select Sport. This happened thanks to the wonderful Tim Hack! Tim was very attentive to all our needs and answered all our questions. The whole process was fun, easy, and interesting! Tim is a true professional, and we recommend him to anyone looking to buy a Mazda. We are very grateful to Tim Hack and the entire Mazda Everett team!

My Mazda CX-5 started having issues that I had been in for the previous week. I was panicking because I was due to go out of town for my niece’s wedding the next day. They had me bring my car in, but the service department was totally booked, and there was no way they could diagnose and fix it in time. Eric got me set up with a loaner, and I won’t miss my niece’s wedding. Mazda of Everett went above and beyond to make it right. They are a small dealership, but they are mighty!!!!! THANK YOU~ Karin V.

**Edit: After working with Bebs and Service they gave me a loaner and offered to fix the vehicle. The service department was super helpful and Bebs and the service manager helped to rectify the situation. They were attentive and and understood my concerns. I appreciate that they were willing to help Went in to purchase a Mazda6 this last weekend. Took delivery of the vehicle, after a couple days of days I went to wash the car by hand and noticed that a full piece of trim just isn’t even installed on car. Upon further inspection, the car was also missing its spare tire jack. After speaking with the dealership and they acknowledged they didn’t even notice that the trim was missing. Makes me feel unsafe to drive the vehicle as I wonder what else they missed on the car. They want to charge upwards of 300$ for the piece of the skirt that was clearly missed when they inspected the car. I guess selling a whole car isn’t profitable so they sell it in pieces. Really disappointed in my experience with this dealership.
