Not a pushy sales man

Patrick Sarver was the most down to earth, not pushy sales man ever. Walked me through the whole process. Will Recommend to friends and family.

I am extremely DISSATISFIED in the service I have received over the past 2 years. My car has been burning oil since 2019. It has been in for several consumption test. A PVC valve has been changed and something else. $1000’s of dollars spent with the same result. My car is burning oil. Not leaking, it’s not on the ground or the floor of my garage. We’ve called KIA Corporate twice. The dealership told them the first time, they had fixed the problem. IT’s NOT!! My car has been at KIA, Elizabethtown, since Thursday, April 8. It was in the process of ANOTHER oil consumption test. I was told to bring it in at 1000 miles. However, at 600 miles, my car was already a quart low. KIA has stated a quart low at 1000 miles is normal! REALLY? I am so disappointed in their service. I would NOT RECOMMEND them. My car has only been to KIA since the day I purchased it there. My car is a KIA Optima, 2012 with ~112,000 miles. We were set on buying another KIA. But NEVER again! I no longer trust this service department. See C. L. to purchase your car but find somewhere else to get it serviced. As I said, my car has ONLY been here for service!

Purchased a telluride

My experience started back in February 2021 when I called about a price for a telluride they had on their website. I spoke with Jeremiah, which he had asked me what I wanted (options). The very next day got a call from Kelly who then told me I would be working with Donald Kirby. Donald worked hard at keeping me updated on what was and when what I wanted would be available. Little did he know that my husband was being picky, but Donald did not give up. He found what we wanted, test drove it, then started the buying process. I left the lot that night a very happy buyer. I should also say that it was past their closing hours, they did not rush us at all. They took very good care of us. I highly recommend them especially Donald Kirby.

Hyndai Santa Fe

Bought a Hyndai Santa Fe there and the car was lovely and the people were nice and helpful and most importantly, not pushy. I personally cannot stand the high pressure salesman type. The people here were good. I did not feel rushed or pressured. Good experience.

New car can't drive

I have been trying to get a license plat for my car so far no good I bought a new car and it is sitting in my parking lot because the temp tag has expired I told them this Monday and this is Friday still no tag bought may 17 2019.this made the 5th vehicle I have bought new here.and my last.i am making payments on a car I can't legally drive because some one can't do there job!

They did not do what they said they would.

I called and asked if they could install a new trailer hitch on my Kia Rio. After checking with someone she said yes, so I made an appointment to come in from Nolin lake and have it installed. After I travelled the long distance to them, she said they cant install hitches. Then when I tried to call them later, they transferred me several times and then hung up on me. When I first purchased my car there, the papers they had me sign did not reflect our negotiated price, I didn't notice this till I later reviewed the papers at home. BEWARE OF THIS DEALERSHIP I WILL NEVER GO TO THEM AGAIN , And they will lose out cause I may be trading in an old truck on a new SUV.

Excellent service!

They were very accommodating to me and my child who was very restless. They weren’t pushy is the slightest for me to buy a car, very knowledgeable and answered any question I had. Made sure I got the car I loved! Had an amazing experience, will definitely buy from again!
