Payed over 400.00 for all new belts. After 20,000 miles power steering belt came apart. They told me, sometimes you just get a bad belt. After 1 yr or 12,000 miles no warranty. Then they wanna replace it for another 107.00. Not even a prorate. That's my last Kia..

Best car experience ever!! Shawntrice sold us a Kia Sportage and we didn’t even consider that car at first! We wanted a niro or sorento and we didn’t like either for various and reasons and she pointed us in the direction of the sportage and omg it was perfect for our small family! She answered all of our questions even after we had asked them over and over! Also she was super nice and approachable! Not pushy or only care about getting a sale, she cared about selling us a reliable car! We got a great deal on the vehicle also everyone that was working was very professional and didn’t make us wait lot at all! This Kia dealership was the best dealership we?ve ever been to! They were awesome with our time seeing that my husband is in the military they did not waste it. Shawntrice sold us our 2017 Kia Sportage and she was the best! Totally relatable person! She was super nice and caring towards our little man! She helped us look at multiple cars before we decided on the Sportage. Definitely go to her when you want a car because she isn?t like those other guys that only want a sale, she cares! Went to purchase a preowned vehicle but wound up buying a new 2017 KIA Soul. Our salesman was Brian and he was excellent. Answered all my questions. Took time with me to go on a couple of test drives. No pressure. Went over finance. With all the great rebates it paid to buy new. Got a great deal. The finance department was great also. Everyone in the whole dealership was so nice. It was quick & easy. Definitely recommend going to The KIA Store Elizabethtown
