We love our Lexus, and we love going to the Treasure Coast Lexus for service. It's very pleasant being in the dealership, and the service is always top quality, although not much needed with our Lexus RX-350. Jude Forte is the absolute best: professional, courteous, efficient and very pleasant. We look forward to seeing her again soon for scheduled maintenance. Excellent dealership . Howard Kent was our salesperson. very smooth and efficient sales process.I bought my ES 350 from them and was looking for a new RX for my wife. Anthony Burrano on one occasion and Tina Klein on the other helped with the financing. The owner of the dealership is always there . Very friendly atmosphere. The reception and the service is excellent. This is the go-to dealership.

My purchasing experience could have been better.
My purchasing experience could have been better. I very much dislike when the sales person has to run back and forth to their manager to get approval for a deal. That's a very old car sales tactic, and I'm shocked that a dealership that sells premium vehicles in 2025 still uses that tired old game which was used on me when I purchased my first new car in 1975. Frankly, I found it insulting to my intelligence. Also, the upselling from the finance manager that took place after completing the purchase of my new vehicle was equally appalling. I realize why it was done AFTER completing the sale, because if they did that during the purchasing process, I would've walked away. My advice from a customer's viewpoint is be better than that. As far as recommending TC Lexus, I'll reserve that decision until after I've experienced the treatment I receive from them when my new Lexus needs maintenance or repairs. Service after the sale will be the difference maker for me. I'm disappointed that I was never even introduced to the dealership's service manager, so I consider that to be a big miss too. Unfortunately, this survey forces me to complete the recommendation portion, so that also forces me to NOT be able to recommend the dealership (at this time). As I stated in my previous comment, I would have preferred to remain neutral on my recommendation option at this time.
