Very Happy

I just bought a new Lexus RX350 from Tommy Savone and it was an excellent experience! From the moment I met him, I knew I was going to enjoy working with him - very professional, knowledgeable and most importantly patient and easy going. There was absolutely no pressure to buy which is exactly what I look for in a sales person. He went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with my new car (he even hand waxed a few marks off for me!) and satisfied with service he and his staff provided. I highly recommend Tommy, his business manager Ricky Garcia and Delivery Consultant Jared Epstein. I had a few questions after my purchase and each email I sent to this team was responded to immediately.

"Great car, wonderful staff , happy customer "

Pleasant, professional, friendly and knowledgeable experience at New Country Lexus dealership thanks to a great team. John Blank was wonderful to work with everything went smoothly and friendly. Jessica Boiano was very knowledgeable in helping with setting up Bluetooth, radio stations, and gate and garage openers. Jessica was patient and so pleasant to work with. Anthony Ferreri was in charge of the contracts and a lot of paper work. He had to explain the financials and all the wonderful safe guards of Lexus. Excellent sales person and technician

We love our new Lexus dean miller our sales person was wonderful !friendly, helpful! and best of all not pushy. He worked with us and got us the deal we wanted so we ended picking up the car that afternoon. Jessica was wonderful showing us how to use all features of our new car. A great car from a great staff

After a test drive and a meeting with Joe my wife and I decided to lease a RX350 instead of Acura RDX. She loves it and that is good enough for me. Quality product from a quality dealer and staff. I hope to take advantage of complimentary service and car washes.

Murphy's law in the car business

IMPORTANTLY, everyone was very friendly, kind, outgoing and solicitous. On a personal basis they are great. However, we had a 10 o'clock appointment made 3 or 4 days earlier (allow 2 hours we were told) to pay for and pick up the RX 350. All the insurance papers were done. We arrived at 9:55. It went downhill from there. It took a while for reception to finish with the cable guy and tell John we were here. He came to greet us and quickly turned us over to Anthony to get to the paperwork, assuring us that the car was in the basement getting its final polish. Anthony went thru the paperwork and explained what was in it. He was knowledgeable but interrupted several times by other guys/things and then ran into some computer glitches on a $10 item ("can't you just check the box!?) and got some help to fix it - took about 15 - 20 minutes. It came near the end of the paperwork (by now it was well over an hour) and by then I was getting annoyed and frustrated with the amount of time this was taking, so I put $10 on the desk and said "Can we just move on?" (no) Then, we went out to the car and had to step thru serious puddles next to the doors on both sides of the car to get into it with wet, drippy shoes. (Michael! Don't mess up my car!") Now it was time for a technology person to show us how to set up the car. However, they were all now busy with other customers or stuff and John tried to help, but....well, John is a very fine and competent salesman but there is a reason there are tech people. We finally told them we had to leave (after 3 hours) and would have to come back. Michael M jumped in and made speedy progress with the essentials of the set up and we left. I told some friends that I had been on Metro North on Monday and it was better than trying to buy a Lexus!! We are using the books and the net to figure out the car but will need some help when we can get the time and a FIRM appointment to come back. Not a great start!! But the car seems fine!! We actually did the deal early the prior week and you located the car quickly but had to delay delivery several days perhaps due to the holidays. We learned never to try to do business with a car company at the end of the month because of the back up (maybe due to the holidays)!! We will remember that for the future. And it helped to have a sense of humor about it - its only a car!! Thank you.
