Kellen Poto was outstanding! Very courteous, professional, and RESPONSIVE. His knowledge of the vehicle we were interested in was quite good and played a critical part in our final decision on the model we ultimately chose. His patience in answering and re-answering our questions was also greatly appreciated. Finally, his willingness to provide a fair deal ultimately led us to buy from Casey BMW and him in particular. Very few local BMW dealers to work with, but that's OK because Casey BMW is a first class operation all around. Ongoing construction limited space for inventory, but they had work arounds where off-site inventory could be accessed quickly and any vehicle you were interested in could be made available to you. Highly recommend Casey BMW. Emery Draughn (BMW Genius) was also outstanding. His patience was exceeded only by his ability to easily explain the electronic systems we were dealing with. It wasn't an easy job with us, but he was able to pull it off. His help before and after the sale was critical to our being able to enjoy the new vehicle.

The dealership offered various maintenance and warranty packages, but were not pushy at when I declined which I truly appreciated. I was incredibly impressed by AJ, during my recent visit. He handled multiple duties, from answering telephonic questions and confirming scheduled appointments with other customers. Upon my checkout service, I asked him to confirm the tire pressure checks and ensure the sensor was reset. Not once did AJ say "wait and I'll contact the service department." His dedication to customer service while multitasking administrative that required attention to detail and timeliness definitely stood out. He's consistent and makes it a practice to go beyond 100% and ensure every customer is satisfied. AJ will deliver outstanding customer service with a smile and very strong work ethics.

I worked with Kellen over the course of about 6 weeks as I explored the different BMW options, trying to figure out if I wanted to purchase another sedan or upgrade to an SUV. He kept me updated as new models and colorways arrived on the lot. Throughout the entire process he was incredibly patient, knowledgeable and extremely helpful from test drive to the end of the transaction. Ordered car from the factory. Arrived within a month. Excellent service so far. I wish I could negotiate more, hopefully next time I'll get a better deal.

Casey BMW was awesome! Jean Rodelson gave us top notch service. He arranged for us to look at and test drive several cars. He connected us with a BMW genius to show us the features of the car. When we narrowed our car search to two (a BMW and another car) he arranged for us to take a BMW home overnight to help in our decision making. Jean has been awesome taking care of us. He was no pressure just all about helping us find what we’re looking for.

The entire process was seamless and very fast. Everyone was super helpful and knowledgeable about all of the products. I would definitely recommend them to everyone looking for a BMW.
