Emailed the rep throughout the week and even 2 hours

Emailed the rep throughout the week and even 2 hours before my appointment. Showed up and they told me they didn’t have the car. Waste of time.

We had the pleasure of dealing with Albert for our new lease. His professionalism and wonderful personality were a refreshing change from other salespeople we had encountered at other dealerships. I drove an hour to see a car I was interested in, only

I drove an hour to see a car I was interested in, only to find out it had a defective seat and a weird engine noise. On top of that, they refused to let me test drive unless I was ready to buy. This completely put me off, as I wanted to ensure the car was in good condition before making a purchase decision. I ended up taking my business to CarMax, where I received a much better, more respectful experience. I definitely won’t be returning to this dealership.
