I like Stingray Chevrolet dealership.

I like Stingray Chevrolet dealership. My ride is upgraded from a 2005 Gasoline ride to a 2021 Gasohol ride. They technology is way better. Vechicle performs really well.

Once again, I cannot say enough great things about this

Once again, I cannot say enough great things about this dealership and the care that I receive every time I'm in here from Mr.Mike Perryman! I was in here a couple of weeks ago for an oil change and a tire rotation and mentioned to him that my brakes needed to be checked as well, and thought that since they are already going to have the tires off, it would be a simple inspection to complete. The inspection came back that they thought the brakes still looked good and wouldn't need to be addressed for a while... However, within the next week and a half, I could tell by the sound and feel of them when braking, that something must have been missed. I called him midday Friday and he had me bring it in first thing on Monday and worked me in. Upon the re-inspection of my brakes and rotors, they did find that all 4 rotors and brakes needed to be replaced. At first I was thinking, "Ooohh this is going to hurt :( "...But before I could even say anything, Mr.Mike was already assuring me that since they missed this on the last trip, that Stingray would be covering the cost of all 4 rotor replacements and that the only thing out of pocket for me would be the cost of the brakes. He and his management team have no idea how much I appreciate the hospitality and reassurance I have received. Human error happens all the time, but the most important thing is taking accountability for it, and that is one thing that they do, which will make me a customer of theirs for years to come. Thanks again to Mr.Mike and the entire team of professionals at Stingray Chevrolet. Thanks to them, I will be driving Tight and Right!!

For services on my truck, I drive past a few other

For services on my truck, I drive past a few other dealerships because Stingray Chevrolet is typically much better than the others. However, this time my oil change took 2 hours! The advisor didn't communicate that it would take much longer this time. He did give me a 10% discount, but only after I mentioned the long wait to him. An oil change should not take that long to complete, especially when I had an appointment and told them ahead of time that I would be waiting.

The service receptionist and service rep were very

The service receptionist and service rep were very friendly and helpful. The waiting area was very spacious with comfortable seats. The coffee area is a nice touch.
