In my opinion, the service department is unable to solve problems. Is it reasonable to bring a vehicle in numerous times, and still have that problem recurring?

Pay attention here.

Pay attention here. I filled out YOUR dealer contact form and chose the "ask a question" option, as I have done many times. But apparently the question IS NOT passed along to the dealer, so they obviously don't answer it. They respond as if it is just a general inquiry. Both our time wasted. Fix it.
