Fantastic buying experience!
I am not a car-savvy person. I held onto my 2003 Protege for a decade and finally decided to look for a newer, certified pre-owned Mazda 3. I returned to Liberty Mazda (bought the '03 from them!). Brooke was so helpful and easy-going. She made the purchasing experience stress-free, pressure-free and actually enjoyable. She is very knowledgeable and helpful. I ended up with a certified pre-owned vehicle. It's my 'holy grail' of a purchase and I'm thrilled! I highly recommend this dealership.

Good people and great service
I am driving my second Mazda CX-9 (clearly I'm a fan), and every time I see Wally and Tom in the Service Department, I know I'm in good hands whether it's for scheduled maintenance, because I lost my key or because I drove into my dentist garage (don't ask). I think Wally has been with Mazda for 30 years and is amazing to deal with. They always give me a rental car to use when my service isn't going to be quick (which is huge when you're a working mom), and they fix everything right the first time, and most importantly at a reasonable price.

I have been to many dealers to have my car serviced over the years.. Tom at Liberty Mazda is the best service professional I have ever dealt with! Not only is he friendly,calm and efficient, he goes out of his way to make sure you are treated well. He is so attentive and helpful that you truly feel as if you are his family!!! I will never go any where else to get my car serviced!!!!

Had a wonderful experience buying a certified used Mazda from Liberty. Brooke, our salesperson, was personable and helpful and made buying our car a stress-free process. The facilities were clean and everyone we encountered was pleasant to work with. We look forward to having our vehicle serviced here and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a car.

NOT HONEST, OVER PRICED, UNORGANIZED, AND OUTDATED
I went in for service for the first time and let me just say I circled the building 2 TIMES until I finally decided to park and go inside and speak to someone. No one was kind enough to come outside and tell me the procedure. I stood there for about 10 minutes until I was greeted. The guys was talking about sports and the girl behind the desk, maybe cashier was on the phone. Finally I was acknowledged and helped. I was quoted " a little over an hour," it took them 2 hours to tell me what was wrong. My left outer tie rod end needed to get replaced and aligned. I was told that it was unsafe to drive. Therefore I had them do the repairs for my car. About $250.00 and 3 hours later my car was finished. When I got home I looked through my old paperwork and found that I had my right outer tie rod end replaced at another mazda dealership and found they only charged me $50 for labor where liberty charged me $105!!! I thought ALL mazda dealerships had the same RATES???When I called I was told different! This dealership is like a hot dog stand compared to Ira Mazda that closed down. Even worse, when I called around to ask for others opinions 2 out of 3 garages told me that outer tie rod ends is not a safety issue. I FELT I WAS LIED TO, RIPPED OFF, AND INSULTED. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GO TO LIBERTY FOR SERVICE. I DON'T KNOW HOW IT IS IN SALES, BUT I WILL NEVER FIND OUT. I AM TRULY DISGUSTED WITH THIS PLACE. IF NO STAR WAS AN OPTION, THIS PLACE WOULD GET A NEGATIVE!

My family and I have been working with Larry at LIberty Mazda for a decade now. We called ourselves the 'Mazda Family' because at one point we were each driving a different Mazda that Larry sold us. It is so refreshing to have someone that we can count on in what can be a difficult and stressful process. I just traded in my 2011 Mazda 3 for a 2015 Mazda 3 and have nothing but pleasant things to say about Larry and the whole team at Liberty Mazda. Everyone was incredibly attentive to me during my time there and made sure I was taken care of. The professionalism of the whole team really stood out to me. I appreciated the pleasant customer service I received during my 3 years coming to Liberty with my old Mazda and am happy to continue using them with my new one.
