Shady Dealer - Stay Away
This dealer is NOT to be trusted. Every time I inquired about a car I saw online, they said they had it. I’d show up less than an hour later, and they said the car was sold. Every time except once. The one time the vehicle was on the lot, they said the listed price did not include the $5,000 down payment for financing. When I wanted to buy the car in cash, they wanted to add the $5k down payment to the $5k listed price; having to pay $10k for a car that’s worth $4,750-$5,000. Stay away!!! They list phantom cars and rip you with their shady pricing tactics! Stay away!!!

I am sorry to hear this, but it sounds really strange to me that we don't work with the $5000 increase and we do sell cars at a high volume so it can be possible that you call for an appt and by the time you show up it's sold. It's obvious this is a fake review, we don't accept fake reviews. Thanks
Worst ever
Went to this location after searching for a minivan because I found what I thought was a good deal on a newer model sienna. Once I was onsite 3 sales guys walked past me and said nothing. Another guy finally came up to me asking what I was interested in. I told him the sienna that I saw online. He doesn't know what I'm talking about so can I show him on my phone is what he says. Um... no. Do you have it or not? Do you have any minivans I can see. Im not sure let me check. He says follow him to his office. I say.. is the minivan in there? I would like to see what vans you have on your lot.. after 5 min or so of me telling him all I would like to do is see what vans you have. He was constantly pushing how would I pay? How is my credit? How much was the van I saw online? All of this without even showing me any vehicles. I was a cash buyer. Don't need credit. Show me what you have and I'll make a decision. He walks away saying he had to go look what he had on the lot... I ask... can I come? Would be faster right? He says no... so I sit there for about 10 min after he leaves only to have this guy bring in his manager to talk more numbers... I still haven't seen any vehicles.... manager guy goes on his computer finds van im looking at then tells me advertised price is not actual price. Almost 4k more than advertised price.. price shown its with down payment and no room for negotiation. Ok thank you for your time. And I left... and after all that time still wasn't allowed to see any vehicles. Time wasted.

Waste of Time
-Car listed online did NOT exist -Car salesman tries to take all your info before even showing you a car -You are forced to "valet" your car and then get blocked in when you try to leave -They directly lied to me 3 times over the phone -They lied to me in person telling me they had the car and that I should just relax and be patient. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE.

This place is a scam, fake listings, horrible.
Horrible place, I emailed them about 9 listings of cars I saw on carfax, I called in the morning and they told me they still had them. I purchased an uber took me no less then 30 minutes to get there, I get there the guy tries to convince me to finance and I didn't want to so he calls his boss to come and tell me they no longer have any of the 9 cars I had called about that morning. Not only that they had been sold 4 days ago like wow really. Its a scam they just want to steal money and get you to finance, do not recommend to anyone stay away, don't waste your time. I would rate 0 stars is possible, this place is the literal definition of trash.

Nice Try On The Bait and Switch
Went to check out a Veloster that had been listed for several days. The sales person told me that it was sold that morning, but he does have on that would have cost me $4,000. than what I had planned to spent. Typical bait and switch. And the original Veloster is still listed, and it’s been over a week since I tried to go and see it. Won’t be getting my business.

Disappointed
So I set an appointment for a specific car that a representative said was available. I went to the dealer to see the car, was greeted by the sales manager Ray Fernandez, and was sat with a salesman who then tells me the car was sold @ 9pm the night before (mind you the site says they close at 8pm). So I left and immediately called to speak to another salesman to have him check the stock # of the car and he says it is available on the lot. I don’t what kind of business they run over there but seems to me no one wants to work with INTEGRITY.

Avoid this Scam Trap
Typical lying ripoff Used Car slime xxxxx, bogus advertising, $2000.(dealer fee). They advertise No Dealer Fee. Jacked up the price of the car because I didn't have a trade or finance with them. They should be in jail.

Buyer Beware
The 5 star reviews are fake. I would give ZERO starts if I could. These guys advertise vehicles they do not have in inventory and use them as baits to attract people to the shop. I found a Mazda CX-3 and reached out to them, got an appointment to test drive the car, CALLED before leaving to make sure the car was still there and low and behold, it was "sold" when I arrive. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THEM.

They post fake prices, over the phone they keep lying, once you drive all the way there they tell you that listed price is not final price, it’s actually double!

DONT WASTE your time!!!!! (Hollywood Car Factory)
Dont jump for joy when that bell is rang. They are full of xxxx!! WORST place ever!!!! I have never been to a place that approves you for a price in one of their office and it when you go to the finance office the price changes AGAIN in a matter of seconds!!! Then you get a call from them a couple of weeks stating some forms are "pending" to be signed which is another lie!! Come to find out that they ran our credit and found a "better" deal and the our monthly payments went up AGAIN!!!! DONT WASTE your time here!!! Then when you ask for an explanation it's a finger pointing game and you are basically forced to sign or get the car repossessed because the original forms are no longer valid!!!!
