WORST DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD. EXPECT TO SIT AT DEALERSHIP FOR 8+ HOURS TO PURCHASE A USED VEHICLE. - They will not send pictures of a diagnostic tool plugged into used vehicles to show if codes or not. RED FLAG. - Bounced around from three salesmen and two "managers" having to send stock number & VIN to each one. MINDLESS COMMUNICATION. - Took two hours to assess a trade-in value because "a customer just walked in". DON'T CARE ABOUT EXISTING CUSTOMER. - Took three hours to prepare a buyers order because "a customer just walked in". ALWAYS ON TO THE NEXT CUSTOMER. - After bringing in vehicle from out of town, waiting five hours in the lobby, signing buyers order and sending drafting instructions, they sold the vehicle to someone else. They never even acknowledged the hours of time wasted and merely said, can we get you a different vehicle? ZERO LOYALTY. - Regrettably took my losses and purchased a different vehicle. Still ZERO PRIORITY and sat on their back burner for another three hours of sitting in lobby until closing time at 8PM to receive docusign documents to fulfill a purchase.

By far the best experience ever! I search every dealership in the Dallas Ft Worth area for the best priced F-150 and these guys beat them all - and they even give free oil changes, free mug and cookies. Oh and a first free tank of gas once you empty the tank! Awesome!!
