Buying Experience, used car

After 8 months of looking,I found my dream used car online . I left a note through cars.com. , I was emailed that night. I called the next day and talked to a great guy Bobby Hermansky and he worked up the numbers. ( I have never bought a car sight unseen) . We did the back and fourth on a 30 min call/ text. Next day I sealed the deal with another get guy,Royce Carpenter. The car was delivered ( I live 3.5 hours away) by the nicest divers, we signed paperwork , the car was exactly like the pictures, beautiful, no hidden defects. The whole process took total , calls + texts + sign paper work 1hour and they delivered it in 2 days. I would highly recommend Waxahachie Ford, Waxahachie autoplex .

Lumbar support activating using no buttons

My issue is with the service dept. No luck with the fix, changing parts and paying for parts with no results. Then trying something else at a huge cost. Then telling me my seat may rip and would be an extra 1700. Come on people what kind of business is this.

RUN CLEAR

Back in Oct. 2022 I took my E350 to get sway bar bushing's and engine light repaired which was caused by the fuel system. While that was getting repaired I asked to have my compressor checked to see why it wasn't working and to let me know before ant repairs. Jacob the service manager took it in his own hands to do what he wanted to do without letting me know. The day they called and said it was ready I was told it was 1600. when I get there Jocab went up to 1800. I wasn't looking at spending that much after being told the bushing's part was around 250 and the engine light was caused by a censor and the part was around 450. Therefore I put 800 down, cause I knew something wasn't right. Trying to resolve the problem I called Scott the supervisor and he went up on the price to almost 2000. No one wants to let me communicate with high management so I have filed a complaint against them. They want reply to Ford Motor Company Corporate nor will they reply to the Better Business Bureau. They are trying to hole my vehicle hostage.

Not Pleased

Traded my 2018 Explorer for the 2022 model, not sure why, but here's my experience since I got the vehicle on November 12th. Found out it doesn't have navigation like the older models, what a waste of technology, most newer vehicles now have navigation. Not only that, it didn't even have an owner's manual, not sure if one was supposed to be on the dashboard, the salesperson offered to order me one, but he has since ghosted me and doesn't even give me the courtesy of faking it, or even returning my call. How I know this, on day 2 of trying to reach him or anyone, the receptionist hesitated ( I could tell from the change of tone in her voice that he was there) she transferred me to his cellphone, smh. To add insult to injury found out the hard way that WIFI Hotpot was removed from the vehicle all these things they don't tell you. Now to add more insult to injury I was referred back to the dealership, I'm on day 2 of trying to reach them and they don't answer you, all I get is transferred from one area to the other, and the automated voice offers to have them text you with no resolutions at all. Apart from going to them, Waxahachie Ford Services has failed. For Customer Service, it would have been 0 stars, but that's not an option. I will say I've been a Ford owner for a long time and this by far is my worst experience. I'm sure the experience of 1 person makes no difference to Ford, but that's how I currently feel. For the record, wasn't shopping for a new vehicle, they called me, and because I tend to keep my word I showed up as promised. Do better Waxahachie Ford!!!
