I had looked nationwide for a 2018 VW Beetle soft top and no one could find me one....that is until Sam and Travis stepped up. We finally picked it up last Friday and absolutely love it. These two gentlemen responded promplly and professionally. There is not a doubt in our minds that we would drive 400 miles to purchase another car from them. thanks from the bottom of our hearts. #1

I just bought a used 2015 Jetta from here. Everything goes well. I would say it is a pleasant experience. The car so far is good and they have 2 yrs full warranty which is a plus.

June 2 my brother and I went to Inver Grove vw to purchase a 2015 vw golf r they had in the lots since feb. we was greeted by Jesse. He ask us what bring us in and we stated a high interested in the black golf r that had on the lot. He then as us what we were looking at for a payment. We stated try to keep it under 400. Then we say if we had any other car in mind. We said if he had any sport package gti we may consider it. The whole time we were there he talk about gti when we clearly state we wanted to buy the golf r. He even as us if we were going to put down any cash, and we stated 10k. At this point my brother and I was ready to walk out. Then he also stated we can’t test drive the golf r because if the trim level. We say understandable. Then we left to go talk to his manager to see if they were able to get us a gti with performance package. Once he got back my brother and I purpose to him that if he wasn’t going to work with us on a deal for the golf r we would leave and go buy one at Luther so we wouldn’t waste time. Then he say you guys can go there. From here on out we will never buy one from there again.

We had such a great experience working with Sam. He was so patient with us and answered all of our questions. We really enjoyed his sense of humor as well. We will most definitely go back there when needing another vehicle.

I stopped by to look at a used vehicle. I was told I couldn't test drive because of the limited availability of used R's.. They barely wanted to unlock the car in the showroom.. I later contacted sales person after being allowed to actually look inside the car.. price advertised noted. After I visited to look at car a week later and express my earnest interest in the vehicle, the price had been increased over 1000.00. When sales person realized I had taken note of first price, he had to check with "manager" about the price.. they said they would honor it.. by this point, I was very turned off by how I was treated from the first visit. wow... well, they lost a sale.. I purchased elsewhere.
