My husband and I were looking for a minivan for our growing family. We were on a tight budget and just wanted to take our time in shopping for a reliable van. Darrel Hanson, at Inver Grove VW was so understanding and did not pressure us at all. He did not try and up sell us something that we didn't feel we could afford. He also made the whole buying experience a breeze! I thought we were going to be there for hours! I packed snacks and charged the phones so the kids wouldn't bug us.
