We found the Q5 Hybrid that we were interested in on the dealer's website and made an appointment to see the vehicle. Jasper Adams, our dealer consultant, was very accommodating and pleasant, and it was a pleasure to work with him. While I can say that the vehicle sold itself, a bad dealership experience would have resulted in us not purchasing (as has happened in the past at 2 different dealers). So, this experience could not have been better.

I was treated great!
Even though the a/c in the building was not working, (through no fault of the dealership),and everyone was quite warm, the employees were all smiles, and professional!Nice people! I will recommend this dealership. Sales people Jeff, and Billy, were great!

Terrible customer service
I've emailed them 3 times because I want to buy a car from them. 2 of those times I've had absolutely no response. The other time, i received an automatic reply that didn't answer any of my questions. Useless! I'm looking elsewhere.

2017 Toyota RAV4
I scheduled a rav4 hybrid test drive at Maguire's with Mike Correll.I have never driven a hybrid any distance before,so wanted the experience. Mike was very knowledgeable and helpful about all of the new safety features available .I had purchased a new Subaru from Maguire with Mikes assistance in the past, and was very satisfied,so I wanted to do business with Mike and Maguire again.

Mcgwire in Syracuse and ed kish is the best
Ed kish in Syracuse is the man to see in Syracuse. Awesome down to earth goes above and beyond to make sure all is well and getting what you want/need to make you happy, why this man isn't management yet idk but give it time cuz he will to continue to put his people on top of priority. All said and done I got a new car and love it and ed and Mcgwire made it possiable and can't thank them enough
