But my salesman Jeff Manning made the process easy an painless :) great guy, down to earth, an really worked for Me, to get me the truck ,an payment that I was happy with. I'll admit it. I do not like shopping for an automobile. Nothing about it. That feeling has changed for the better. After getting to know how Maguire operates and getting to know Ed Kish I now feel more at ease and confident. From the web site to the staff the whole truck buying process was made easier. Ed even took the time to drive my truck to my home for me. Awesome!

If you are shopping for a new or used car you must go to Maguire! When you do, ask for Colby! He is educated on the cars they have and is EXCELLENT with customer service ( and kids ADORE him, at least mine did). My husband and I have bought 4.. yes 4..cars from them in the last year! We originally went to get a Veloster for my husband, unfortunately it was totalled the second week we had it, Colby helped take care of EVERYTHING! Had the car towed right to them and helped us through the WHOLE process! And helped us with looking for another car :( ... we couldnt find another Veloster we wanted so my husband settled for an Elantra ( which was AMAZING as well). I just got a Toyota as my new "mom-mobile" and absolutely LOVE IT!! When my husband seen they had another Veloster.. he talked to Colby about trading the Elantra in to get the Veloster he wanted and Colby and his awsome manager Drew helped us through the process once again and made it soo simple and alot of fun! I will definitely be returning to the dealership for ANY future car deals (and just to say hi) they make you feel as though you are part of the family ? Couldnt ask for a better place to do business!! Very family oriented, and the best part is their cars are very RELIABLE! If you get a car from them, you have 3 days to change your mind- no questions asked! Where else can you find that? Before looking ANYWHERE else you MUST see them and I swear no other pace will meet their standards! OHHH and Colby sings? So if you go in and see Colby and have a frown you will MOST DEFINITELY be smiling when you leave. Smart mechanics, timely turn around. I have a manual 98 jeep that is getting along in its life, and has suffered some wear and tear in the past few years. These guys always know exactly the issue I am facing when other mechanics are unsure. They have always been able to turn around the repair very quickly, with quality service, and their price point usually comes below their original quotes. I will miss this place when I leave Ithaca.

Bought a 2014 Kia Forte Koup for a great price at the Toyota-Audi location in Ithaca. So far I have not had any issues with it and am very satisfied with my purchase. The dealer was great as they had a great selection of cars and did everything in their power to help me get the best rate. Victor was a great salesman and if it wasn't for him I would had probably not bought a car that day. I believe this dealer has the best prices in the Ithaca-Binghamton region.
