Purchase of new truck

Our salesman was Dave Baker. He asked what we wanted in a truck. We told him and he showed us just what we were looking for. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and walked us through all the details and options. Even spent time showing how everything worked. By the time he was done I felt like I had driven the vehicle. He introduced me to finance manager and service manager. There was were two dents on the truck. One was spotted day of purchase and the other after I got home Notified Dave he said no problem we will take care of it. My only complaint was that there seems to be a lack of communication between departments. Took a while to get the things taken care of. Repair is scheduled for Tuesday January 29th. For the most part very satisfied with my experience. Thanks Dave

Bought a new car

The buying experience was great! Filippo went above to help me get out of my 17 and into a 18 . I highly recommend this dealer. The people there are all around wonderful.

New Jeep Grand Cherokee Trailhawk.

I have purchased several new vehicles in the past and most of the time it's a headache dealing with the dealership. The salesman that sold me my new Grand Cherokee Trailhawk was knowledgeable in what I was looking for and never tried to sell me something I didn't want. I was surprised at how friendly and easy it was. I would recommend Ferman without hesitation to anyone looking for a new car dealership.

Dodge Journey

This is the easiest car purchasing experience ever. I found the car on the Ferman dealership website. I completed the form on the website. I received a call from Anthony within a few minutes and he provided additional information that I requested about the car. He was helpful and very polite . We set up an appointment to view and test drive the Dodge Journey and then made our purchase on the spot. No Hassle No Pressure.

Grand Caravan repair

Although they had to have the van for extended time for repairs, Anthony kept us up to date, offered us a rental, and explained our repairs. Van was washed and vacuumed when picked up. Great service.

Dakota Emergency

My 2008 Dakota's battery went totally dead on a Saturday mid day. The battery could not be jumped, so had the truck towed to the dealership. Anthony truly helped me out. Had a new battery installed, the terminals replaced and most importantly I had my vehicle back by 3:30pm the same day. That kind of service is difficult to get especially when the truck did not get there till early afternoon. Thank you Anthony am very appreciate of all your efforts !!!!!
