warranty work
Had some unscheduled warranty work done. Right before Xmas holiday, they would not be able to finish work on van, and I would be without a van till after Xmas on Tue. So they gave me a loaner free of charge. I was very happy with service.

Wrangler
Excellent experience. Anthony and Mike were very helpful and knowledgeable, making this process seamless. There was no typical car dealership pressure. Just honesty and straightforwardness. Finance bait-and-switch
Stopped by Ferman Buick before Christmas to look at a truck. I explained to the salesman that my current credit situation was poor and that due a recent auto accident I was in need of a reliable car. He felt confident that he could help. I reluctantly allowed the salesman to run my credit. Much to my surprise, I was approved by Ally Financial. I was shown a table of payment options by Lorenzo Hibbard. I was pleased but explained that we were about $30 higher in payments for 60 months than I was comfortable with. I guess this made them mad because they proceeded to destroy my fragile credit by running it not once, not twice but 12 times after I was ALREADY approved which dropped my score significantly. This passisive-aggressive behavior was occurring behind the scenes and without my knowledge. I left the dealership that night and asked the salesman to see what he could do to adjust the payments by $30 and I would take delivery. I guess this irritated them too because I didn't hear from them. I decided to continue looking not realizing the damage their finance team had caused. I found another dealership willing to work with me. They were able to get me in a reasonable APR within the terms I was comfortable with. I let my Ferman salesman and a Sales manager know.hoping that they would be able to work with the lender that had already approved me in order to get me the same deal (again - $30 lower monthly payment on an ALREADY APPROVED loan). I received notice to come in. The deal was great. I come in, downpayment in hand. So happy that they were able to get me into a nice vehicle at terms that made me comfortable. I sit down to sign the paperwork and the finance guy shoves a paper across the desk and tells me to pick one of two options. After a quick review, I noticed that the terms had COMPLETEY CHANGED from what I had originally been approved for. Yes the payments were lower but the term of the loan was ridiculous. I was stunned. I went home and pulled my credit to find out what had happened. That's when it all fell together. The original approval, followed by multiple and unnecessary inquiries, followed by a completely separate pull from a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT LENDER the day I came to sign the paperwork resulting in the horrible deal. When I inquired about the original deal I was told that they had now idea what I was talking about. I feel that because I'm a woman that I'm being attacked and victimized. I'll say that again....I feel attacked and victimized. I was so happy because I thought I was working with decent people but found that they were really trying to hurt me. It's sad - the staff at an established, supposedly community-friendly dealership making personal attacks on a broken, disabled and temporarily challenged woman. Staff had the opportunity to do something good and helpful and still make a profit but choose to hurt and wound instead. Mr. Miller, I would appreciate speaking with you regarding this in hopes of resolution.

I am Disable veteran and have been using this location for more than 5 years of since 2007. IT WOULD BE GREAT TO HAVE A DISABLE TRANSPORT VEHICLE A THIS LOCATION. I would like to discuss this issue with upper management if possible
