Ram Service

Scheduled, once arrived, took me right in. Had loaner vehicle ready. Called me with concerns. I was in and out just really quickly. Brian was great and very professional.

Great value, friendly and knowledgeable staff!

I would highly recommend the Ferman Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep dealership in Lutz. From the moment we stepped on the lot, we felt welcomed and the staff was more than ready to assist. Our salesman, Doug K., was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and inventory we were interested in. Doug was also very nice and thorough in his follow-up with us without being intrusive. The finance team was great and worked with us to get a budget created that we were happy with. Overall, I recommend Ferman for a great car-buying experience that will leave you with a smile. I will recommend them to all my family and friends and will be back when it is time for our next purchase.

Oil change

Almost Priced at almost $90 for an oil change... 5 hours it took. And didn't even put a sticker or reset oil gauge... When people come in for service don't recommend higher oil or BS around that oil change cost that much. Fraud is what I call this place Thieft with a smile. I hope they don't do this to everyone.

Great experience

Quality work done in a timely manner. Much better than my last appointment for the same type of service which took over 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation.
