Fantastic friendly caring service

Kathy was so patient with us as we navigating helping our daughter buy her first car. It was such a wonderful buying experience that we went back to Kathy to upgrade our current car to a Jeep. Lots of knowledge, friendly service and patience from Kathy and every Ferman employee we encountered made this the very best car buying experiences of our lives!

A great dealership to deal with. They give you a great price, no pressure, no back and forth with this offer, that offer, "my sales manager said....", NONE of that - just an easy process. My husband and I were very comfortable dealing with David Cooper - outstanding individual! We found this dealership online, saw the car we wanted, color and features, made an appt., arrived for the appointment, and within 30 minutes the deal was done. Outstanding price. Drove from Citrus County to deal with Ferman Chrysler - well worth the trip.

Dedicated.

I got my car Thanksgiving Eve. They stayed and finished the work and delivered the vehicle. I ordered this vehicle. I wish Chrysler provided more in-depth information to me or the dealer about the status of the order. Any and all information they had was provided to me, the moment they got it.. There are very few dealers I have done business more than once. Ferman has earned my gratitude. My New Pacifica Hybrid is my second vehicle purchased from them. I am moving more than an hour away and may continue to use Ferman's service department.

Personal Service at it’s Best

Great Buyer Experience

Gheorghe Donici was the perfect combination of professional and friendly. He was clear in all communication, never pushy and completely knowledgeable in answering all questions and providing options. He made my purchase of a Rubicon easy and a pleasure to drive away in.

Excellent Sales Team, Willing To Make A Deal

After going to on Jeep dealership and not being able to come to an agreeable deal, I took the numbers to this dealership and they were very happy to work with me and within 30 minutes, we were closing the deal. They have a fair trade in value (within KBB range, not under it) and even a discount on a 2019 Grand Cherokee.

Ever been lied to?

Salesperson flat out lied. His manager justified and the Dealership Manager didn’t bother to respond!! I was looking to buy a CPO Jeep Cherokee and a new Jeep Cherokee. There was a Certified Pre Owned we liked better at the Ferman New Port Richey. As we were driving to Lutz, I received the following text: “The other dealership told us the gray one is sold. My boss said he will do the same price for the silver one you drove yesterday because he feels bad about not being able to get the gray one... How soon can you be here with the trade? :)” Knowing it was most likely NOT sold because it was available 15 minutes before close the night before and the dealership was open for about 1-1.5 hours on a Sunday morning, I called the other location. We headed over there and purchased two vehicles. I did take the time to speak with Joey (Sales Manager) and sent an email to Luke Miller, Manager. I never heard anything from Luke. I will happily share the experience which included a lie from the salesperson, Juan Martinez. If they lie about one thing, I winder what else they may lie about.....hmmmmmm

I guess you did not have the desire to ready the entire post as I have already emailed Luke (over a week ago) and NEVER received a response or acknowledgement. Therefore, I will reach out to other leaders. Your dealership definitely is a poor reflection to the Ferman name.

It was easy, fast and I felt like good deal for both of us

Had a great experience that met my expectations. They were easy to work with and I met my price goal going in to the experience based on research I did

Truck was struck by lightening. Difficult repair process but Kevin kept me updated regularly. Techs did good job on finding problem in a difficult repair issue/s.
