For the work requested inital time estimate was 3 to 4 hours. Had the vehicle back in just over 1 hour. Thoroughly explained all work performed when complete. No issues since.

Just exceptional

The advice, guidance, and patience was exceptional. I wish I had the opportunity to deal with Frank David Cooper for the last 20 years. The finance group was terrific. I believe his name was Lorenzo Hubbard. He’s the guy to work with. Very smart. A lot of experience.

The above and beyond Ferman did for me i have no words but only appreciation!! I’m a lifelong customer because of it and were well worth the 2 hour drive

love our salesman

The reason we came to this dealership instead of the one in our town was because of the salesman Doug Kiekintveld. We had bought a vehicle from him in Inverness so when he moved to this dealership we tracked him down and have since bought 3 other vehicles from him. He is excellent. We are also satisfied with the dealership stock that was available and the facility itself is very nice too.

Very professional and honest

My sales person Kathy Myers did a great job with assisting me in finding the right truck for me.I selected a 2019 Ram 1500 Laramie and just love it She went out of her way to remove my tool box from truck I was returning and put it on my new lease .

Great Car Buying experience

Chris Muniz was great to work with. Knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating, he made the buying experience palpable. The whole process was done in one day and they even trusted me with the new car to go home to get a check. Ferman was great.
