Got an appointment quickly and was allowed to drop off

Got an appointment quickly and was allowed to drop off the Saturday before so we wouldn't have to take time off work. Oil change and tire rotation was done same day!

What a great experience with Brian Guest. Anthony and Bob were equally as helpful and professional. Parts came in quick and my truck was back to me in a day. What a great family atmosphere at Ferman.

Anthony and Alec were both great sales reps.

Anthony and Alec were both great sales reps. Very friendly and accommodating. They had a lot of cars to choose from, new and preowned. As far as I could tell, all in nice shape, no junkers, which I encountered at other dealers. They had by far the best deal and best prices. No low ball trade in offers. Other dealers tried offering me half my trade in's worth. No fake and bogus up charge gimmicks. Other dealers tried to tack on as much as $6000 in worthless "Dealer added options", which were not really options, and totally worthless, such as "Diamond paint protection (wax) interior protection, (nothing), $3000 free oil changes. $3000 Life time power train warranty with $250 deductible, Ever own a car for a life time? No refund if you sell or trade your car early, bad deal, much cheaper and better plans elsewhere. No refurbish fees. Why would consumer be responsible to pay that?? Go to Ferman, get better, get more and pay less.

Recently relocated and could not be happier with the service at Ferman. Courteous, friendly, and efficient! I worked with Kevin and Brian and they were both very helpful and took the time to clearly explain the services required and costs, so there were no surprises. Will definitely be back.
