Excellent experience

After going through my credit union and taking advantage of their auto advisor program, the stress involved while looking for a new car was minimal. Acknowledgment of clients arrival

Overall services is good. Customer service person I was scheduled with ignored my presence. No greeting extended to me as a common courtesy. He saw me enter then continue continued looking at his computer. Customer service person next to him finished with his client, greeted me, I explained that I was who I was scheduled with. At this time I was acknowledged. A customer should no wait without being acknowledged and at least say ‘I will be with you shortly’.

Did not take long for approval. It was a little long wait the following day to get steps and the computer program. The computer should’ve been program before.

Great service and nice people

Great service. I will always come here for service from now on. Brenda was great. I just walked in with no appointment and they took my car right away for an oil change. Price was comparable with other places.
