I found the service tech very knowledgeable and professional

I gave the review rating as excellent customer service. I was offered a text to check on the progress of my vehicles maintenance. And was alerted to a recall. With my chrysler 200.

Impressed and Satisfied!!

Miss Sheryl was persistent, without being overbearing. Meeting her was a pleasure, she was very welcoming. Her knowledge of the vehicles was remarkable and her patience was even better. We gave her what our desires and she met our needs. A sweet heart and a great salesperson. Not often you find someone who's been in sales that long that aren't either over confident or over bearing, she was neither. She showed compassion, understanding, and patience. PRETTY SHOOK!!!

Brian Guest is AWESOME!!! very attentive with GREAT customer service skills!!! Explained to him the issues with my Jeep Wrangler and did everything I said, although I can't say much with the mechanics because the issues of the Jeep still exist nevertheless when I called my week he called right back the same day.
