Robert Fioretti is awesome

Was interested in purchasing a Pacifica and ended up purchasing a Caravan. Husband not comfortable getting in the Pacifica. Not designed for someone 6'3".

I just bought my first 2018 Jeep Wrangler JL Sahara!!

We drove from Orlando to look at a Jeep that surprisingly was aggressively priced compared to our local dealerships in Orlando. To my surprise, the price listed online matched the dealership’s sticker price. This has to be by far the absolute best buying experience I have ever had. I’ve bought numerous cars over the years and from the moment I came in did my test drive, worked out my payment, and completed my financing, my wife and I were done and in our new vehicle in a little over 2 hours!!! Our salesman (Anthony Maldonado) was incredible. He was extremely professional, answered all our questions, went over every aspect of the vehicle, and had our car ready by the time we were done with our paperwork. I am definitely coming back! You have truly impressed me with your excellent pricing and customer service. If you’re reading this review, trust me. This is the place you want to go. I can’t thank you enough!!! I also wanted to mention our financing specialist, she was outstanding.

Ferman Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk Hemi

Our purchase on our new 2018 vehicle was mixed. Our sales ladys were great! However dealing with the manager left alot to be desired. They basically gave us one offer on a low ball on our trade in and said that was all they would do. So since that was so off putting we walked out, did not plan on returning due to the nature of their sales tactic. The sales lady called back the next day and said they would up their offer on our vehicle if we would reconsider, we did and the deal was acceptable at that point. However I left for business travel and the sale had to be delayed a week. I was a bit annoyed in this delay, if they had a more personal manager or offered a better price out the gate we could have shaved a week off this transaction and gotten our vehicle sooner. I had a pleasant interaction with our Sales ladys' and finance. But at this time I have mixed feelings about recommending this dealership. If I could recommend just the sales lady and finance officer I would, but I cannot do that so for this reason I'm not fully able to recommend this dealership, until their in the "back room" guy is up to par with his sales team.

2019 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk

Brian and Anthony were extremely knowledgeable on the new 2019 Jeep Cherokee vehicle updates and provided excellent customer service which made the buying process smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend Ferman Jeep.
