FERMAN AT CYPRESS CREEK IS THE BEST!!!!!

I have made multiple purchases from FERMAN. Having said that, my most recent experience was, by far, the best. Sheryl Falco, Brian and Lorenzo were spectacular! There were no hassles with my trade or back and forth with the negotiations. Everything was up front and I spent less than 45 minutes completing the paperwork. In and out. Can?t recommend highly enough.

Pleased with the service of my oil change and a recall on my Jeep! I will be back for my next oil change. The waiting area makes it easy.

Buying my first jeep;)

Very friendly! Shamir was great even when I kept backing out! He texted me and answered all my questions and followed up after I purchased my wrangler:) Great with the price and gave me a great price on my trade in!! I forget the sales manager’s name but he was great too working with me to get me in the Jeep of my dreams!

Great service!

I received great service for my Jeep! I needed work done on a Saturday because of my work schedule as a teacher. The guys did everything I planned for and even added on a recall task that I just received a notice in the mail for the previous day. I really thought I’d have to make another appointment for that, but they got it all done in a timely manner. If you got to spend a lot of time getting your vehicle serviced on a Saturday, you can’t find a better waiting area than Ferman. Free refreshments and pleasant staff! Doesn’t get much better!

No Headaches!

After a disastrous experience at a Central Florida Chrysler Dodge Jeep dealer I decided to try once more at Ferman Dodge. I drove 141 miles from Kissimmee, FL to Ferman Dodge in Tampa to purchase a 2018 Dodge Durango R/T. I was greeted by Jaimi, she was fantastic off the bat! Friendly, courteous and caring! After a quick test drive and a painless negotiation I was handed the keys to my brand new Dodge. I was totally dreading the process but Jaimi made it seem like the process never even existed! I recommend Ferman Dodge and Jaimi to anyone looking for a new Dodge, Jeep or Chrysler! Thank you for your professionalism!

Fast service

Had recall work done and they beat the estimated time by almost an hour. Very pleased with that. Fast and friendly service. They have always done good work on my Jeep including adding a lift kit and other things.

Best part of experience was meeting the team

Had some initial confusion on the phone, as the representative scheduled the appointment too late in the day for the service requested. The representative also failed to return my request for an estimate of the likely cost for the service. When I called back the next day, Tom was able to correct the scheduling and provide an estimate. Once I got to the dealership, everyone there was so helpful and friendly. I told them I was looking at eventually getting a motorcycle. One of the sales staff told me they actually had a bike in the used car area (a beautiful 2017 road king, by the way). I had a good time chatting with the staff and other customers. When the work was done, it actually came in well under the estimate, which was really good news. Bring your vehicle down for great service and expect a great customer service experience.

Phenomenal Experience

I highly suggest this dealership for any of your service or sales needs. Their staff goes above and beyond to ensure your experience is top notch. I had chosen the vehicle I wanted however it was missing a feature and Bobby went above and beyond to make sure I purchased exactly what I came in to purchase. I absolutely LOVE my 2018 Grand Jeep Cherokee!
