Oil Change

I went in for an oil change, he advised me on the types of oil changes and I am glad he did as I would have forgot to ask for synthetic. There was an issue with the price, but in the end, they gave me the better deal, so I am happy.

Friendly, attentive staff

We had called ahead to try a vehicle we had seen on line. Courteous sales staff, everyone greeted us and was friendly. We decided to buy the vehicle after a trial drive. Lots of choices on the lot. We should have gotten financing before going but didn't think that far ahead. Nice facility. Have not experienced service department yet.

Great Job by all

Juan our salesperson was great in his detail about the Jeep Cherokee we were looking to purchase paying attention to the smallest details. He also toured us around the dealership and talked highly about the Ferman family. Great buying experience and no pressure from anyone including finance. Would highly recommend to everyone I know. LOF: Lube-Oil& Filter

I scheduled service for vehicle on-line for an 11 AM appointment. On registering I inadvertently checked drop-off rather than wait. Apparently all wait periods were taken. Service writer, Tom Bambard, told me that it would be 12:30 PM before service would be complete. It was my mistake, and replied fine. At noon he informed me that service was complete and that he had made adjustments to work sequence to fit me in. His concern was much appreciated!!!
