Recall notice and minor adjustment needed with alignment

I would like to say I was very impressed with the staff when I brought my car in, this is the second time I have brought my car in, first was just to have something installed then this time due to a recall notice and while I was there I asked them to check to see if my car needed an adjustment because the steering wheel was not straight up and they were able to fix both in exactly the estimated time 1 1/2 hours. I was notified of the progress of the car and was treated very well by everyone there. I love my Jeep Grand Cherokee and have enjoyed driving it from day one !

Proud jeep owner

John and Mike were great to work with. Never a pushy, sales moment and they made buying more personable. I would definitely recommend checking out Ferman Jeep and their great selection from stock to built up Jeeps.

Best dealership ever!

We purchased a beautiful 2018 latitude plus. John Wahnon was our sales associate and he was phenomenal. We highly recommend this dealership and especially John. He was courteous and knowledgeable. Service for year old jeep

I called that morning to make a reservation for the afternoon at 2 PM. I arrive at appointment time and greeted by service staff who are very friendly and willing to help. I was asked what sure wish I was in for and I told them in oil change and wiper blade change. Service was performed in a timely manner as well as doing other checks in my vehicle to help you keep running smoothly. I could go closer to my home but appreciate the service I get here and don’t mind the drive.
