All around great experience!

I made one phone call to ask an out-the-door price on a 2014 Toyota Tacoma and I received an answer from the sales manager in under 5 minutes. Not only was the price fair but it was under the advertised price. Then they worked with me and my family and stayed open past their 8pm closing time. They also allowed us to submit paperwork via email since we lived so far away, that way they could get the buying process started. Once we finally got to the dealership at 8:15 we signed some paperwork and we're out the door by 8:35! This was by far the easiest and most pleasant car buying experience I've ever had. A huge thanks to Tarek and Walter!

Great dealership and great salesman

Had a great experience working with Guy Wallis buying my new Dodge Charger! Him and the rest of the sales staff was not pushy and were honest and straight forward. Guy bent over backwards to get me the car I wanted and we negotiated a good deal. I would recommend this dealership and asking for Guy.

excellent experience in new car purchase

It has been a while since I have purchased a new car, and I was dreading the thought of doing so. However, working with the Fermen dealership and specifically with Dave Baker, made this experience an excellent one. Dave was patient in explaining all of the features of my new vehicle to me and answering all of my questions, as he walked me through the buying experience.

Super man!!!!

First and foremost make sure you grab MARC GRAVES as your sales advisor when purchasing any new/used car and or accessories, from this dealership. My husbands and I experience was a lengthy one ( due to our situation) our sales advisor Marc Graves was nothing short of phenomenal. It felt as if our friend was the one helping up Buy the jeep and not a salesman, super friendly, relatable, and understanding. He was on our side the entire time and was doing everything in his power to get us the best deal given our negative equity situation. Things didn't go as planned but they never do when buying a car . In this case things worked out for the better and we are ECSTATIC with our new Wrangler all thanks to Marc Graves, the GM mike patrikis is awesome as well super involved in everything which is something you don't see a lot of in this industry or any for that matter . He was even there super late a couple of the nights we were there, which is unheard of anywhere else but here . Our finance was super down to earth and awesome as well. We couldn't have picked a better group of people to help us buy a car if we tried .

Great service

They were honest and fair. I had a temperamental dashboard that was hard to diagnosis and Brian Guest did everything he could to figure it out and ultimately get it fixed. Great job, Brian!

Brandon was very friendly. Service was done in a timely manner. Nice lounge area. I purchased vehicle here a year ago and this was first service experience. I will definitely continue to take vehicle here

3500 Ram Service

Kevin Hojnacki deserves a RAISE. By far the best Service rep I have ever dealt with. He went well above the call of duty in helping me get my truck repaired correctly. You truly have an AWESOME employee and you should CLONE him Thanks again Kevin

First time truck buyer

This is my first truck buying experience and it was AWESOME...Lynne and Anita were great sales persons and made my buying time worth every penny I spent. Scott was great as well. My Rumble bee is my favorite toy today and for the next part of my Florida living life. thanks again and I meet you all for drinks.

work completed properly and on time

Employees were courteous and work was done right and on time. Used shuttle service which was outstanding. Had a chocolate donut that was good and still fresh.
