I found the perfect Jeep Wrangler for me online. I scheduled an appointment and Amanda was there waiting for me with the Jeep pulled upfront. She covered all the details of the Jeep and explained even more during the test drive. She was quick getting us through the paperwork process and very pleasant the entire time. We bought late Saturday night and even had to stay a little after closing. I have never been to this dealership before, but based on my experience with Amanda and the overall facility, I would recommend everyone to shop here. Brought Jeep Wrangler in because there was a leak in the driver's side door. Service department was very friendly but the leak ended up not being fixed and had to return again.

Took car in for oil change, tire rotation and Kevin advised there were some computer updates that would take altogether 1 1/2 hours. I said fine and went to the customer service station and read my book. After about 2 hours went to inquire and was told on some of the 6 updates the computer was very slow in updating. Finally after 3 hours was finished, I will not complain as I have brought another car in before for service and all went as planned on the timing.
