I was very impressed with all processes of buying my Jeep from this dealership. Amanda was my sales person and she was very professional and explained each step of the process. Looking for a good used car

I was searching the web online at cars.com for the dodge journey I wanted to purchase. I wanted a used car with low mileage and payments to fit my budget. I found my vehicle and called to set up an appointment as I didn't live in the local area. I went to Ferman dodge Chrysler Jeep ram and was greeted with a wonderful cheerful salesman named Terry and he let us take the journey for a test drive. We both fell in love with the journey and went to the next step. We were not pressured into buying the car as we had made the decision on our own. It's always good to know what u want before you get to the dealership so that you save yourself and the salesman time. When the salesman has a general idea of what your looking for he can show you all he has in that make and model. Do your research before you go to the dealership so you have a better experience at the dealership. I would recommend Ferman Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. The vehicles at Ferman Chrysler Jeep Ram are certified so you don't get a lemon. Terry made me feel relaxed and comfortable when I was there on the carlot. I really enjoyed dealing with all the people at this dealership. When I go looking for another vehicle after I research what I want I will definitely go Bach to Ferman Dodge ChryslerJeep Ram . If you want a good experience at a car dealership when shopping for a new or used car go to Ferman Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram where you will be treated like family.

Great experience

I found the perfect Jeep Wrangler for me online. I scheduled an appointment and Amanda was there waiting for me with the Jeep pulled upfront. She covered all the details of the Jeep and explained even more during the test drive. She was quick getting us through the paperwork process and very pleasant the entire time. We bought late Saturday night and even had to stay a little after closing. I have never been to this dealership before, but based on my experience with Amanda and the overall facility, I would recommend everyone to shop here. If you want to have a great experience with a professional sales person, then ask for Amanda.

Had leak on the drivers side door

Brought Jeep Wrangler in because there was a leak in the driver's side door. Service department was very friendly but the leak ended up not being fixed and had to return again.

2016 Jeep

Gheorghe Donici was an excellent salesperson. Very helpful and was able to show me how all the bells and things worked.

Looked at several other places for this auto.

People were great!! All involed treat me with such respect. Honest and caring to my needs. No foolish games played. Mr cooper and staff are kind courteous and honest. Ferman will be my go to dealership for the rest of my automotive needs. Truly a five star organisation. Thanks Ferman.

REVIEW FOR JEEP CHEROKEE SPORT

Took car in for oil change, tire rotation and Kevin advised there were some computer updates that would take altogether 1 1/2 hours. I said fine and went to the customer service station and read my book. After about 2 hours went to inquire and was told on some of the 6 updates the computer was very slow in updating. Finally after 3 hours was finished, I will not complain as I have brought another car in before for service and all went as planned on the timing. Kevin is a very polite and explains all that is happening. Mary Mastrodonato
